Big romantic sigh...this pushed ALL my buttons. I've loved Pride & Prejudice since studying it in Year 12. I read a book last year about someone who travels back in time to visit that era - that's what I thought this show was based on, but it was quite different. How lovely to see something to make me all smiley on a Sunday night...it was nice to iron uniforms while listening to a C20th gal reprimand Darcy. Standing ovation for the makers of the show - the big Lissy tick of approval!My what in intellectual Blog I write...
